KRILL SOD® is a food supplement formulated with Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) lipid extract under the registered trademark SUPERBA krill®. This ingredient naturally provides essential omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), together with phospholipids, choline, and astaxanthin characteristic of krill oil.
The formula is further complemented with TetraSOD®, a patented extract rich in superoxide dismutase (SOD) derived from the Mediterranean microalga Tetraselmis chuii.
Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart¹. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision².
